Return policies are one of the first things customers check before placing an order. That's why we make sure returns are as quick and easy as deliveries. Returned products are picked up in real time, restocked, and updated directly in your account on our platform.

All Stages

3 - KBN SRL warehouse

All products are received, checked, and safely stored at KBN SRL.

4 - Opening the store on Trendyol

A seller account is created on the Trendyol platform for listing and selling products.

5 - Creating orders on Trendyol

Customers place orders through the Trendyol store.

6 - Collection and packaging

The ordered products are collected from the warehouse and properly packaged for delivery.

7 - Billing

An invoice is automatically generated in the platform for each order.

8 - Delivery

The packages are handed over to the courier for delivery to the end customer.

9 - End consumer

The customer receives the order quickly and safely, directly at the chosen address.
